Is there a warranty on your products
Yes, by default we offer a 30-day warranty on all our products. If for any reason your cornhole lights stops functioning due to normal use, we will send you a replacement at no cost.
Are your products safe?
Our products are independently designed and developed. Not only do we have patents, but we have also passed FCC certification and California Proposition 65 product safety certification. You can use our products with complete confidence.
Shipping
Is shipping free?
Yes, all products from blinngo-store are free shipping
How long does delivery take?
Many of our products can be shipped via USPS Express Shipping.
Typical delivery time frame is between 3 to 10 business days however, you may receive your items much earlier.
If your order hasn’t arrived in the estimated delivery times, please contact our support team at froralm@outlook.com.
Can you provide me with a tracking number?
You will receive an email when your order has been shipped. A tracking number will be provided (the tracking number will be active within 24 hours). Please note: This may take longer during events or holidays.
Tracking information may take 48 to 72 hours to update.
If you cannot track your package normally, please contact us and we will resolve this issue within 48 hours.
How do I cancel or change my order?
We can cancel the order for you if you contact us in time after your purchase.If your payment finished and the parcel is not shipped out, you can cancel your order before your item’s delivery. And we will refund full of your money.
Orders can't be canceled once the parcel is shipped out.
